USA - Raleigh

 

Regional Sales Manager - Inside Sales - Ref:USRSM

High-energy sales personnel with aggressive hunting skills to acquire new business, as well as, grow existing business, from prospecting stage through to closing the deal are needed to join our fast paced US Sales Team. Applicants must have the ability to thrive in a competitive, quota driven environment as an individual contributor or team member. They will also need to be able to assemble a thorough knowledge of the prospects’ key players;  in order to uncover needs and present products, services and strategic solutions to meet those needs. The role will require maintaining quality contacts with key decision makers as designated to that opportunity in the pipeline and learning and maintaining in-depth knowledge of GFI products and technologies, competitive products and technologies, and industry trends.

Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential combined with previous experience in a sales environment, preferably in software sales, and an ability to ‘close the deal’.

Technical Support Rep - Ref: USTSR

The Technical Support Representative works directly with customers through phone and/or email to answer questions regarding GFI Software and telephony hardware operation. The ideal candidate will have a 2 yr. Degree or equivalent work experience, Windows NT/2000 experience a must, Windows 2003/MS Exchange/Fax and Telephony skills a plus. Position also requires excellent communication and customer service skills.

Product Manager - Ref: MTPM

Forming part of the Product Management team, the Product Manager is responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle. This includes gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with the Product Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations and Support teams to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The role occupies a highly strategic position within the company and includes ensuring that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals. To apply, candidates should have a sound technical background in network software, solid written and verbal communications skills (English), and an eye for good design. Applicants must also possess excellent teamwork skills and should have a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.

Sales Administrator - Ref: MTSA

The Sales Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the EMEA Sales Team, including the Manager and VP of EMEA Sales. This includes the allocation of leads, handling of telephone calls, updating sales databases, and seeing to the overall requirements of the sales team. You will need to be highly organized and motivated and enjoy working in a fast paced, team environment. Strong MS Word and MS Excel skills are required together with previous customer service and administrative experience.

Dutch-speaking Telemarketer - Ref: MTDST

Forming part of GFI's Sales department, this role will be integral to the sales process of the organization. You will be responsible for establishing interest with key decision makers and securing appointments for our Sales team. To do this you will need to make targeted calls each day and maintain and track lead generation activity. To excel in this exciting new team you will need to have strong communication skills, be highly motivated, have a professional customer focus and the proven ability to work in a team environment. Fluency in Dutch (ideally at Native level) and English is a must. Fluency in any other language would be an asset. Your enthusiasm and drive are more important to us than previous experience although candidates with customer service or call centre experience will be highly regarded.

EMEA Telemarketers - Ref: MTTM

Forming part of GFI's Sales department, these full-time roles will be integral to the sales process of the organization. You will be responsible for establishing interest with key decision makers and securing appointments for our Sales team. To do this you will need to make targeted calls each day and maintain and track lead generation activity. To excel in this exciting new team you will need to have strong communication skills, be highly motivated, have a professional customer focus and the proven ability to work in a team environment. Fluency in one of the following languages: French, Italian, Spanish, Arabic, Dutch, Danish or Swedish, is also essential. Proactively makes outbound sales calls to customers in the territory to drive (up sell/cross sell) new business license sales to new and existing customers as well as the distribution and management of GFI leads.  This is a key role in the Sales team and requires the energy and initiative to do whatever it takes to meet the customer expectations.
